1. What is Unrivalled Shine?
Radiant Shine is your destination for innovative beauty tools and skincare products designed to help you achieve radiant, glowing skin from the comfort of your home.

2. Where are you based?
We are proud to operate from Hong Kong and ship globally to help our customers shine wherever they are!


Shipping & Delivery

1. Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location.

2. How long does shipping take?
Due to high demand Delivery typically takes anywhere between 2-4 weeks 
all orders. Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions to track your package.

4.When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.


Orders & Payments

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other popular payment methods for your convenience.

2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@unrivalledshine.com

3. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 60 day return policy for unused and unopened items. For full details, please visit our returns policy page.

2. How do I start a return?
Simply email us at info@unrivalledshine.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process.

3. When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account
